Misdemeanour Liability for Incorrect Tariffing of Imported Goods (Part 1)

In December 2022, amendments were made to the Customs Law, specifically targeting violations of this law.

The changes aim to provide clearer guidelines on the misdemeanour liability of importers and customs representatives when they submit customs declarations and related documents to ensure proper customs procedures.
