On December 1, 2015, Top-Tier Legal Adriatic in association with Trade Chambers of Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Slovenia“ organized seminar under the title „How Amendments to Public Procurement Law are applied and Competition Law in Public Procurements“. The seminar was attended by over sixty companies participating in public procurements procedures. Special guests to seminar were Mr Sasa Varinac, the President of the Commission for Protection of Bidder’s Rights in Public Procurements and Ms Aleksandra Litrican, the Secretary of this Commission, Mr Srdjan Jankovic from the Commission for Protection of Competition.
