In Serbia, the Government adopted Ethical Guidelines for the Development, Implementation and Use of Reliable and Responsible Artificial Intelligence (the Guidelines) as a part of the Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in the Republic of Serbia for the Period 2020-2025. The Guidelines are obligatory for public entities and recommended for use by other entities developing or using AIS.
The JPM Team developed an AI Risk Assessment Model (“Model”) to address potential risks associated with using AIS. This Model is designed to help deployers identify information and documents required for high-risk AIS risk assessment.
Adaptable across all socio-economic sectors, our Model supports a risk-based approach, empowering AI deployers to implement appropriate and proportionate safeguards to reduce potential risks to an acceptable level.
At its core, the Model features a self-assessment questionnaire that guides organizations in evaluating whether their AI systems meet key criteria for reliability, safety, responsibility, confidentiality, and ethical acceptability.
A detailed overview of the Model and its application written by Ivan Milošević, Partner, Katarina Rosić, Senior Associate and prof. Gojko Grubor is availabe here.
