This Network Code is the first transmission system network code in the Republic of Serbia aligned with the Energy Law of the Republic of Serbia, Final Exemption Act dated 5 March 2019 rendered by AERS and the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EU) No 984/2013 (CAM NC) and the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas (TAR NC).
JPM team consisted of Jelena Gazivoda, Senior Partner, Nikola Đorđević, Partner, and Marko Mrđa, Senior Associate have provided full legal support to Gastrans d.o.o. Novi Sad in drafting the Network Code, during public consultations on the draft Network Code, preparation of the final draft which includes relevant comments received by interested users and the Energy Community and in the procedure of adoption and obtaining the consent to the adopted Network Code.
