The Construction of Turkish Stream Gas Pipeline Serbia’s Section has been Completed

Srbijagas director Dusan Bajatovic announced today that the construction works of 400 km long Gazprom’s Turkish Stream gas pipeline through Serbia has been completed.

The pipeline will enable about 1.8 billion cubic meters of natural gas to be delivered annually in both directions. The capacity of the pipeline will be expandable up to 4.5bcm/y.

The TurkStream pipeline is carrying Russian gas under the Black Sea and extends onwards through Bulgaria, Serbia and Hungary.

JPM Energy team lead by Senior Partner Jelena Gazivoda, Partners Nikola Djordjevic and Ivan Petrovic is providing full legal support to Gastrans d.o.o., Serbia (100% subsidiary of joint venture company of leading Russian natural gas production company OAO Gazprom and leading Serbian natural gas supplier Public company Srbijagas) in this project.
