Dušan  Žegarac is a Senior Associate with the JPM, specializing in dispute resolution, arbitration, and commercial law. He has extensive experience handling complex domestic and cross-border disputes, including high-stakes international arbitrations and commercial litigation.

Dušan has represented major international clients in proceedings before the ICC and domestic courts, including Fortune Global 500 companies and state-owned entities, in disputes involving contractual penalties, work defects, and claims. His practice spans arbitration, enforcement, insolvency, real estate, intellectual property, and international private law.
