JPM’s Senior Associate Bojana Javorić has been invited to attend the second phase of the Global Sponsorship Programme of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer global law office with the meetings, lectures and networking which took place in Brussels on 8th and 9th of April.
The Global Sponsorship Programme is a gender diversity program designed to retain high performing woman senior associates and prepare them for promotion. Since its launch in 2015, the Programme has been a highly successful leadership development programme and a rite of passage for woman who are promoted to Counsel and Partner.
JPM’s Senior Partner Jelena Gazivoda and Senior Associate Bojana Javoric have already attended and participated in the launching of the programme, which officially started on 1st and 2nd October of 2018, with the meetings, lectures and networking taking place in London.
JPM was one of the two law firms, outside the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer law office, that was invited to participate in this highly appreciated and educative programme, which will last until the end of September this year.
