JPM Senior partner Zorica Alavantic contributed to revised edition of “Duties and responsibilities of directors”

Publishing house “Media Forum” from Belgrade, part of the German publishing house “Forum Media Group” GmbH, recently issued a revised edition of “Duties and responsibilities of directors.”
The authors of this publication are leading lawyers, financial advisors and managers, and JPM Senior Partner Zorica Alavantić contributed significantly.
The revised edition of this manual contains an overview of the new duties and responsibilities of directors in accordance with the latest amendments to the legislation, namely: collective responsibility for financial statements; holidays and leave in accordance with the latest amendments of the Labour Law;  directors’ liability in connection to the Law on protection of whistleblowers; treatment of creditors according to the new Bankruptcy Law; tax treatment of directors’ income; employment of foreigners; etc.
