On 31 October 2017 Forum Media organised a highly topical conference focusing on labour legislation.
JPM Janković Popović Mitić was represented by Senior Associates Jelena Aleksić and Milan Ranđelović.
The main topics covered at the conference were the new law on the agencies for temporary employment, gender equality, peaceful settlement of labour disputes, strike, simplified working engagement on seasonal jobs in certain fields of business and further directions for development of the Labour law.
Senior Associate Jelena Aleksić delivered a presentation ‘Termination of employment contract – examples of good practice’ and acted as a moderator of roundtable discussion, while Senior Associate Milan Ranđelović took active part in the discussion.
The conference received positive feedback and was well attended by close to one hundred delegates.
