JPM JANKOVIC POPOVIC MITIC ORGANIZES A SERIES OF SEMINARS FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE FOREIGN BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS

JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic is organizing a series of seminars on the subject of  “KEY NOVELTIES OF THE LABOR LAW AND HOW TO APPLY THEM IN PRACTICE”  for the members of the following foreign business associations:

  1. September 11, 2014, for the members of the Commercial Department of the Embassy of Austria, at  Vladimira Popovica 6 (Genex Apartmani), Belgrade.
  2. September 15, 2014, for the members of the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, at JPM premises, Vladimira Popovica 6 (Genex Apartmani), Belgrade
  3. September 23, 2014, for the members of the Belgian Serbian Business association – H.E. Ambassador D’aes residence, Krunska 16,Belgrade
  4. October 1,  2014, for the members of the Slovenian Business Club – at JPM premises, Vladimira Popovica 6 (Genex Apartmani), Belgrade
  5. October 7, 2014, for the members of the German-Serbian Business Association ( DSW) – at JPM premises, Vladimira Popovica 6 (Genex Apartmani), Belgrade

The previous Labor Law was applied since 2005, and underwent several amendments and supplements. Most significant were the amendments from 2014. The latest amendments fundamentally altered some of the most important labor law institutes. The main objective of the seminar is to provide answers and guidance regarding the amendments from 2014, as well as to highlight the increased risk of violation of the provisions of the Labor Law, and how to avoid it.

The seminar is primarily aimed at HR managers, heads of legal departments and others that decide on the rights and obligations of employees. The working language is Serbian.
