JPM is advising new Chinese investor “MEI TA “

It is announced that the construction of new MEI TA INDUSTRIAL CO. plant in Obrenovac , providing 1,400 new jobs, will be finished by mid-2016. The new foundry plant in Serbia, MEI TA Europe is oriented towards stainless steel components to support the turbocharger business growth and will be "the first free zone in Belgrade”. JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic is providing full legal support in MEI TA’s entry into the Serbian market.

It is announced  that the construction of new  MEI TA INDUSTRIAL CO. plant  in Obrenovac , providing 1,400 new jobs, will be finished by mid-2016.  A Memorandum of Understanding on  investment was signed in November 2014 by Minister of Economy Zeljko Sertic and Meita Group CEO Ben Che .

MEI TA Industrial Co. is the global leader in production of  automotive parts, engine parts and general industrial parts with several facilities in France, Slovakia, Serbia, a joint venture in Germany and  production plants in China and India. The new foundry plant in Serbia, MEI  TA Europe is oriented towards stainless steel components to support the turbocharger business growth and will be “the first free zone in Belgrade”.

JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic is providing full legal support in MEI TA’s entry into the Serbian market.
