JPM Assists Deutsche Schule Belgrad with GDPR Implementation

JPM GDPR Team is applying the best practices of remote working during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to assist German School Belgrade to comply with its education practices with GDPR.

JPM GDPR team Partner Ivan Milošević and Senior Associate Andrea Cvetanović continue to promote best privacy and data protection practices in spite of the COVID-19 pandemic and the measures of the state of emergency in effect in Serbia.

Utilizing JPM remote working protocols, tools and procedures they have succeeded to seamlessly continue to provide services to all clients including the German School Belgrade in an effort to maintain both the high level of service as well as health and safety of both clients and JPM employees.

The focus of  German School Belgrade GDPR compliance process is the implementation of the adequate organizational and technical measures to protect the privacy of minors and steps to be taken to implement such measures – conducting information security and personal data protection risk assessment in accordance with the quality methodology for information security risk assessment – Risk Assessment Standard SRPS ISO/IEC 27005:2019, translation  ISO/IEC 27005:2018 – Information Technology – Security Technics – Information Security Risk Management, with additional protective measures for the protection of personal data in accordance with Standard ISO/IEC 27701:2019.

Deutsche Schule Belgrad is established in 1981 and is one of 143 German schools outside Germany. It provides education in accordance with educational programs of German province (Land) Thüringen for kindergarten (Kindergarten), preschool (Vorschule), primary school (Grundschule) and Gymnasium.
