JPM has advised on takeover of I.KOM, one of the largest players in cable TV, broadband internet and telephone industry in Serbia, during the takeover by its competitor SBB.
After a complex and lengthy investigation procedure conducted by the Serbian Competition Commission, the transaction was conditionally approved and closed in late April 2017.
I.KOM is a leading cable TV, broadband internet and telephone service provider on Belgrade market, currently expanding onto broader Serbian market. SBB is a member of the group dominating regional TV/telephone/broadband markets.
