JPM team led by Senior Partner Jelena Gazivoda and Partners Nikola Đorđević and Ivan Petrović acted as Legal Advisors to China Shandong International Economic i Technical Cooperation Co. LTD in the Concession Project for four underground garages in the City of Belgrade.
The concession project encompasses designing, financing, construction, operation, maintenance and transfer of four underground garages located on the territory of the City of Belgrade (Studentski Trg, Trg Republike, Vlajkovićeva street and Fruškogorška street).
The project is aimed to resolve the issue of lack in parking places in the center of Belgrade and is one of the most important infrastructure projects the City of Belgrade has initiated through the concession model.
As announced by the officials of the City of Belgrade and the Concessionaire, the concession would result in approximately 3000 new parking places in the total gross surface areas excessing 55.000 m2, with several underground levels with each underground garage
