JPM partner Djordje Novčic shall be one of the speakers at the Founding Conference of Bankruptcy Law Association by participating at the round table panel discussion with a topic: “Seating aside and recognition of arbitral awards in the practice of Serbian courts”.
The subject panel discussion, moderated by Professor Dr Vladimir Pavic Faculty of Law Belgrade University, shall take place at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce on 2 June 2023.
