Data Protection Impact Assessment – opinions and updates

On the occasion of the Data Protection Day, January 28,  Serbian SA issued the most comprehensive publication insofar and revealed several opinions on DPIAs, including legitimate interest assessment as part of DPIA which have been submitted to him for the purpose of consultation.

Our partner Ivan Milosevic provides full analyses of all steps that need to be followed by controllers in order to carry out DPIA and avoid potential penalties and measures, such as temporary or permanent prohibition to process personal data.
