JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic has advised the sellers Radivoje Perovic and Miodrag Perovic on RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria’s Acquisition of Patent Co., one of the deals shortlisted for the CEE Legal Matters 2022 Deal of the Year for Serbia – an annual celebration of those lawyers and law firms that have brought the deals that shape Central and Eastern Europe into being.
JPM’s team included Partners Nikola Poznanović, Jelena Stanković Lukić, Djordje Novčić, and Nikola Djordjević.
The CEE Deals of the Year Awards have been granted since 2017 by CEE Legal Matters – the leading source of news and information about the lawyers and legal industry in Central and Eastern Europe – to celebrate the transactions, financings, IPOs, and other deals that underpin growth throughout the region, as well as the lawyers and law firms who make them happen.
The shortlists are based on the Country Selection Committees’ votes on all the deals nominated across CEE.
