Another Great Victory for JPM & Partners Arbitration Team Led by Djordje Novčić

We are pleased to announce that we deliver a successful outcome in the recent arbitration for Colas Rail, one of the leading companies in the railway construction business.

This victory was achieved with an exceptional effort of our arbitration team led by Djordje Novčić, Partner, accompanied by Senior Associate Ivana Petković and Associate Dusan Žegarac, they all together skillfully navigated the legal complexities and secured this resounding victory for our esteemed and long-lasting client, Colas Rail.

The arbitration involved a significant dispute against the subcontractor and its bank with reference to damages arising in connection to the breach and violation of the subcontract agreement as well as an unlawful discount of the promissory notes issued as collateral.
