The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Serbian Company Law, which came into force on June 9.
The aim of the Law is to create a more favorable business environment for overall economic development and better business environment for companies, in addition to improving the position of the Republic of Serbia on the World Bank’s Doing Business list.
