JPM PROVIDED FULL LEGAL SUPPORT TO ROHDE & SCHWARZ IN „SERBIA DIGITAL SWITCH OVER”

JPM Lawyers Milica Subotic and Ivan Milosevic provided full legal support to ROHDE & SCHWARZ-Österreich Gesellschaft m.b.H. in "Serbia Digital Switch Over"
ROHDE & SCHWARZ-Österreich Gesellschaft m.b.H, Austrian branch of international electronics group ROHDE & SCHWARZ, specialized in the fields of electronic test equipment, broadcasting, radiomonitoring and radiolocation, and radiocommunication, in capacity of the leader of Consortium with Kathrein-Werke AG and Comutel doo has been awarded as the best bidder on Tender „Serbia Digital Switch Over – Procurement of goods, equipment and related services“.  The purpose of the project is switchover from analogue to digital TV and radio broadcasting in Serbia.
In accordance with publicly available data,  EBRD is considering up to EUR 31 million, sovereign guaranteed loan to a public company JP Emisiona Tehnika i Veze (ETV) for the purpose of financing the second phase of the switchover from analogue to digital TV and radio broadcasting in Serbia. The Project is implemented by ETV jointly with the Ministry of Trade and Telecommunications and supported by other stakeholders such as RATEL, the telecom regulator.
