Our fruitful cooperation started in 2018 by providing a mandate to JPM GDPR Team, lead by Partner Ivan Milosevic and Senior Associate Andrea Cvetanovic, together with our associate, prof. dr Gojko Grubor, expert for information technologies and risk assessment, to assist IMGGE to comply with its business with GDPR.
The compliance processes resulted in the application of the Oviedo Convention and GDPR – applying dynamic consent for intervention to the human body and consuming assumption of compatible purpose for scientific work.
It gives us great pleasure to assist those who continue acquiring new knowledge in order to improve the quality of human life. IMMGE is certainly one of those institutions, with more than 100 scientists promoting science and helping people fight against rare diseases.
